Benefits of Utilising Standby
Consultants bring in specialist expertise
Many organisations initially think disaster recovery planning should be easy, but once make a start on it they quickly realise there is a lot more in it than they realised. Because of training and the experience over many years gained through working with a wide variety of customers, Standby understands the processes, knows the standards that need to be followed, knows the questions to ask and the areas where particular focus is required. Standby has the ability to cut to the core quickly and efficiently while maintaining an awareness for the uniqueness of each organisation.
Standby stays focused on the projects in hand
Our standard arrangement is that we do not invoice customers until a specific task or phase is completed. This means we have an incentive to stay focused on the task in hand. Of course we charge a fee for our services but customers have peace of mind that they are only paying for work completed and are getting a professional job done.
We provide industry knowledge
As we are working in the field all the time, plus continually researching, we have a wealth of intellectual knowledge within our organisation. Standby provides the opportunity to impart this knowledge to our customers.
We are independent
Standby has no hidden agendas and is totally focused on providing the best advice to our customers. We do not try to sell other services, hardware or software, nor do we take commissions.
We provide external advice
Again Standby's independence is important here. Customers often have factions within their organisations wanting to follow different directions. Standby will listen to all parties, apply what we see as the industry trends and give advise accordingly.
