Whats New: MEFTEC Exhibition & Conference Bahrain 2010

STANDBY will join the prestigious Middle East Financial Technology Exhibition and Conference on the 20-21 April 2010. During the 2 day event we hope to be visited by many delegates from Asia through to the Middle east and North Africa.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning is now a requirement from Central Banks and Investors. As Standby are Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery specialists, many organisations that were looking for viable recovery solutions can come to discuss their requirements with us.

It is obvious organisations can find the task of plan writing, embedding and testing the plans a daunting task. Finding a company like Standby, located in their region and that can manage all tasks will be a welcome relief.

Last year at MEFTEC 2009, a frequent statement when we began discussions with delegates was they don't know where to begin with plan creation. Others had good plans but they had not been embedded or tested. These are common but a rectifiable problems Standby specialises in.

Common interests among delegates also lay with the need for plan auditing. Standby explained we incorporate auditing with updating advice. We don't judge, nor do we audit plans with sales tactics in mind. Standby interests lay only with the importance of good DR & BCP planning.
