Auditing and Testing Business Continuity Plans
Standby can also provide audit services to those organisations that already have plans in place. We will review the contents of those plans and give advice on improvements. We have extensive experience in the design and development of plans and clients can benefit from this advice.
Standby carries out the testing of plans for clients. We will develop and submit a scenario to the clients for approval. On acceptance of that scenario we will facilitate the test. At the completion of the test we provide a written report on the results of the test and suggested improvements. This report is of benefit to clients when they are being audited by regulatory authorities of their plans.
